If you wrote to a business on WhatsApp or Messenger

Ask the business directly, or write to us at willy@synergisesystems.com.

Tell us which channel you used, which business you wrote to, and on WhatsApp the number you wrote from. On Messenger, the name on your Facebook account helps us find you.

What we remove

Your customer record with that business.
Every message between you and the business.
The records of staff taking over your conversations.
Your place in the business's customer groups.

Monthly counts of messages, kept for the business's plan, hold nothing about you and stay.

How long it takes

We remove it within 30 days and confirm by email. If you write to the business again afterwards, a new record starts.

If you connected a Page through Facebook

You can remove Hiiifive in your Facebook settings, under Apps and websites. That ends our access to your Page. To have the data we already hold removed, write to us at willy@synergisesystems.com.

If you are on a business's team

When the workspace's owner removes you, your account is deleted and your sign-ins end. You can also write to us at willy@synergisesystems.com.
