About these terms

These terms are between Synergise Systems Limited and the business that opens a Hiiifive workspace. Whoever creates the workspace accepts them for the business.

The service

Hiiifive lets a business design conversations, publish them to its own WhatsApp number and Facebook Page, and have its team answer customers in an inbox.

Your workspace

Each workspace has one owner, who adds team members and decides their roles. Keep sign-in details private. The business is responsible for what happens in its workspace.

WhatsApp and Messenger

You connect your own Page and number, and you stay bound by Meta's terms and policies for them, including the WhatsApp Business Policy and the Messenger Platform policies.

Message only people who have contacted you or agreed to hear from you.

Acceptable use

Do not use Hiiifive to send spam or unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, to collect data you have no right to collect, or to probe, overload or break the service.

Your data

The conversations and customer data in your workspace belong to your business. We process them on your behalf as the privacy policy describes.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the data you collect, and for telling your customers how you use it.

Plans and payment

Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page.

Availability

Hiiifive is in its early days. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we provide the service as it is, without a promise that it will never be interrupted.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the fees the business paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending

A business can stop using Hiiifive at any time and ask us to delete its workspace.

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or Meta's policies, and we will say why.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Using Hiiifive after a change means accepting it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts decide any dispute.
